i was wondering if its possible to buy a house with bad credit and little or no down payment iam employed

Not likely is right. You need 20 to 30 percent down and have good credit if you expect to buy a house nowadays.

Like others said it is unlikely - although jcboy is exeraggating a bit. It can't hurt though to reach out to a couple of banks/mortgage companies and just see what their requirements are.
