Program/website with configurable flashcards

I'm looking for a program or website that has flashcards that can be used to match up random words with a random declension etc. So it would pick a random noun, and a random declension and ask you to enter the answer. Or a random verb and a random person, number, tense etc. They can be blank cards that I would have to enter the words and answers to various combinations, I don't mind. I'm just looking for something that is capable of doing this. I am having a hard time finding anything that can do this. Thank you in advance.
