Where is the Reset Password button for Twitter?

I noticed a recent web design trend and right now, it infuriating and frustrating. Many sites are hiding or forgotten to include the Reset Password button near their sign in page.

Presently, I'm using an iPod Touch and am trying to sign onto my Twitter account.

But I can't find the Reset Password button on the sign in page. But I don't think it's missing from regular desktop browser sign in page.

Safari is impossible ignoring my attempt to go to the regular Twitter and is only sending me to the shrunk/concentrated mobile site. The reset password button is obviously missing from the mobile password login page.
