Is it asking you to log in? You can set it so it logs you in from a particular computer automatically. For security, you can set it so you do need to log in.

well i log in then nothing shows up, it says i'm disconnected

then i goto login. it says welcome bratishnish(my sn) and says sign in. i click sign in and then nothing shows up. it still says disconnected

Do you use a firewall?

not to my knowledge

Note: they probably will not answer you (which is understandable, given the volume of requests that they receive and considering that it's a free service).

If you do not know if you have a firewall or not it reallly complicates things.

Try accessing it through Trillian ( http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/ ) and see if that works.
