Hello, I am seriously looking for a RN position that gives me autonomy and flexibility. I was thinking about phone triage from home or telecommute case manager but I am having trouble finding what I want. My goal is to be able to still be an RN and a involved in my child's school extra... Any a dice out there or opportunities. I am highly experienced in pediatrics and Juvanile Diabetes.

Some of the large HMOs and PPOs have what they call "advice nurse" call centers. You might look into that.
I just did a Google search on advice nurse jobs and there are quite a few job sites that focus on that type of work. Look into them and see if any offer work-at-home opportunities.
