Hi,
Do regular exercise.
Join a gym.
Use high protein and low fats.
Eat fresh and raw vegetables and drink more water. Water is a natural ingredient which can loose weight.
Diet are both can effective on weight and control your fat.
Try to eat healthy like fruits,vegetables,beans and drink more water during a day,which also helpful to loose weight.

Weight loss isn't always easy so my forum helps to learn the basics of how weight loss works.
reduse the amount of calories of eat.
increse the levels of day activity. example: running,walking,swimming,cycling.

well all you need is motivation. make exercising your priority. and make a good plan on your diet and most importantly join a gym and do not socialize there.

Forget About Working Out

No need to worry, you are still young. there are many things you can do in order to lose weight. First thing to consider is to change your diet, as much as possible, avoid fatty foods and sweets, you may involve yourself to physical activities and sports. sports is a fun thing at the same time, good in losing weight. Have a plenty of sleep, and always drink water.

Doing regular exercises daily are helpful in weight loss. Running is one of the best exercise for losing weight. With exercises drink lots of water a day minimum seven or eight glass, balance your diet, avoid junk food, eat more green vegetables and take green tea. These all tips are helpful in weight loss.

If you want to lose weight then you should do regular exercise and consume proper diet that contains low calorie foods. You can also prefer cycling, swimming, running etc. You must drink lots of water through out the day and can also prefer green tea.

Hey jaida, we gives only suggestion and keep in one thing you should put some right efforts then you should achieve your goal. Try to make your diet plan and strictly follow it, go jogging specially in the morning and evening. Do some light exercise at home and try to control your self to over eating healthy food. I think you heard about the yoga and meditation, do this exercise forms regularly and the best thing about this forms takes less time to do without any special equipment.

It is necessary to work out regularly Jaida. There is no other way to get back in shape and stay fit. Also it is necessary for you to resist the urge to binge eat. Eat only when you are hungry and not simply because you are free.

I actually impressed myself today. I increased my weight on every leg exercise. I predict not being able to walk sometime around Friday morning. I also discovered that despite not really liking Bruno Mars, it's difficult to resist singing along to Treasure when it comes on during a workout.

Are you overweight? If so, you may have already tried a number of ways of relieving yourself of those extra pounds, but to varying degrees of success. Despite what many authors and food companies may say, it's very possible to naturally lose weight fast without any special foods or expensive fitness equipment. It does require a substantial change in behavior, and changing habits can be difficult, but the answer is simple and it does work.

Stop eating all simple carbs, such as flour, sugar, starchy vegetables like potatoes, and most grains. These foods cause blood sugar to spike and the pancreas to release insulin to turn all that excess sugar into fat. Cutting out these foods is one of the most important things you can do to lose weight fast.

Eat lots of fiber and green salad vegetables. Fiber will keep your stomach fuller longer, keeping the hunger pangs at bay. A diet that keeps you hungry all the time is not one that you will stick with for very long, no matter how fast the pounds come off at first. Eating lots of fiber and vegetables will also help stabilize your blood sugar, which eliminates the highs and lows following eating.

Drink lots of water and only water. Unsweetened tea and decaf black coffee are also permissible, but you will not lose weight fast if you are drinking hidden calories such as the sugar in soda pop or the cream in fancy coffee.

Eat plenty of fish, free range eggs and grass fed meat. Fat is not necessarily bad for you, but, like anything else, can be trouble when taken in excess.
Aim for as many omega 3 fatty acids as possible, which are plentiful in things like wild salmon and grass fed bison, as opposed to the saturated fats and omega 6s, which make up most of the fat in regular ground beef.

Use artificial sweeteners very sparingly, and only to curb the cravings for high-sugar alternatives. Stevia is a natural sweetener that does not affect blood sugar levels, and frequently comes packed with fiber. You can't lose weight fast and eat a diet packed with sweets, but just a little now and then can be permissible.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. The only way to make your body healthier is to give it a lot of attention, and that means frequent workouts. The importance of exercise absolutely cannot be understated. Not only will it help you naturally lose weight fast, but it will give you strength and stamina you never had before and improve overall health. Cardio will get your heart rate up and burn lots of calories while you are exercising, and weight training will improve overall strength and endurance, as well as burn more calories while you are at rest.

Before you start losing weight, think about what kind of weight you want to lose; fat, or just weight. If you want to lose just weight, carry on. If you want to lose fat weight add a work-out plan. Good luck!
