Epic Fail

I walk by a sign nearly every day in front of a store that says they ACCPT CREDIT. This is a professionally-made sign, too; not handwritten, and with plenty of room to actually write the correct, full word.

We have a store that accepts "interact cards"

I'll be sure to look them up. They appear reasonalbe.

I have been for over a year and a half, actually.

Oh, I thought you were set with the start-up company you've been involved.
You're such an extremely competent person who follows through in just about anything and everything, educated, bright and sociable, I'd think someone has realized your potential already. I am not complimenting you here either, jespah, as I have seen you operate over the years and you are all these things I mentioned above.

Actually, I know what you meant. It is not only getting work but in the startup field it is also constantly selling, pitching for $$. The economy sucks, in case anyone hasn't heard. It's not an easy time to be a startup, and there are a million in this area, as it's a way for the long-term unemployed to look busy while waiting for real jobs (yeah, I said that).
