It leaves a bad impression on her mind.

Police: Intruder strangled by nurse was hit man
Man was allegedly hired by woman's husband to kill her, not a burglar

PORTLAND, Ore. - When Susan Kuhnhausen returned home from work one day earlier this month, she encountered an intruder wielding a claw hammer. After a struggle, the 51-year-old nurse fended off her attacker by strangling him with her bare hands.

Neighbors praised the woman for her bravery, and investigators said they believed the dead man " Edward Dalton Haffey " was burglarizing Kuhnhausen’s home.

But after an investigation, police now say the intruder Kuhnhausen strangled was apparently a hit man hired by her estranged husband " Michael James Kuhnhausen Sr. " to kill her.

...

Hitman botches job and victim kills him bare-handed = EPIC FAIL!

@DrewDad,
She probably weighs about 700 pounds and just sat on the poor sap.

Thing is hitmen can't list references on their resumes.... so how do ya know? Let the buyer beware...

@edgarblythe,
Also, one must wonder at the problem-solving skills of the husband.

When your only tool is a hammer, all problems look like nails....

@DrewDad,
Almost any method is more creative than a hammer. If I hired an assassin, I would check him for both smarts and physical strength, after reading this.

So you think he actually hired the guy to "nail" his ex wife?

Would that be her "recently deceased" estranged husband, or just her "afraid to step out of the house" estranged husband? Laughing
