Nursing in Italy

Hello, I would like to meet some nurses in Italy. I am thinking of living in Turin someday and am curious as to what nursing is like there. I specialize in wound and ostomy care. Do italian nurses specialize? Also, as an american nurse, would I need to go to school again to be licensed in Italy, or just take exams? Possiamo parlare in italiano anche se รจ piu facile. Grazie.
