Hello, any insight would be appreciate.

A couple aquiantances and I have been individually trading stocks online using a brokerage account for many years. We would like to pool our assets together and trade under 1 brokerage account. What is the correct way to go about this, should we form an LLC. Would this be legal, and what are the tax implications?
