Need help with a Javascript code(namescript maybe?)

Hi, I am looking for a javascript code for making people on a message board click on a thread and see their own name in a list. Say I make a thread stating the top 5 people I would punch in the face and put this script in so that everybody that reads it sees their own name. Can get a good laugh until everybody figures it out. How do I do this? I have seen it done before by a poster on the same site. I would ask the guy but he isnt giving away his secret. Is it some sort of namescript? Anyone know the code or how to write it?
