There are certain silly silly mins who hopefully are vanishingly rare in Australia who think that having their cojones enhanced, via implants, is quite fetching.
Although this doesn't make sense... where does the plumbing go if there is an implant? I'm confusing myself now.
I think there are also more medicinal/ less frivolous cosmetic uses, like if someone has had one removed for reasons of cancer or something, and wants to avoid the Wun Hung Lo effect...
