You'd probably have to have a lot of air in front of one of those little planes to hit it.

Closest I've ever come to the shots in that video is shooting mallards on a flyway as they came past full bore at what looked like 60 mph, typical shot about 25 - 30 yards and the ducks gaining speed as they followed the ground over the top of a hill and then back downwards again.
That required about four feet of lead space with BlackCloud shells (1400+ fps). The shots in the video look like more distance than that and I assume nobody's going to let the shooters use BlackCloud shells on their airplanes.
