ROE

Hi there, i am doing a dental nurse course & have been given a Record Of Experience to complete, has anyone got any advice as for some reason I am having a writing block trying to do this, especially the Reflective Accounts!! I work in a surgery full time & only see my tutor once a week so would be really grateful if someone can give me advise/hints/tips/a copy of ur ROE :] thank you & look forward to hearing from you.
