Does anyone know the name of this unknown song?

Just bumping. I tried searching for the lyrics, but I can't get any really distinct unique phrases, and if it's obscure there's a chance it won't show up anyway. The vocalist could almost be any western nationality.

Where did you find it? Any clues might help.

A guy from some other forum asked about the title of this song and since I had a lot of previous experience in music identification, I offered him a help, and he sent me unnamed audio file with this song. I have made a youtube clip and posted a link on many forums but no luck so far. That guy got that audio file from some college rock station where he used to work and for reason unknown he can't obtain that information from them which I suggested him in a first place.

Can I assume when you say college radio you mean USA? Not that that narrows it down at all. Good track though - has anyone tried that iPhone app that's meant to recognise songs?

I believe so (that guy is from USA). I have also tried to identify this song, using Tunatic (specialised program for this kind of thing) but that attempt failed too.
