Boxwood leafminer

Have it.

I've done the Googling so I'm not looking for that kind of resource, but human responses. Especially from Green Witch, littlek and other green-thumbed types.

What's the best way to get rid of it?

I have a total of six large boxwoods, they all seem to be infested. I don't know how long, just noticed.
