I've noticed that my 13 year old son has been having sexual intercourse with girls but using cling wrap and a rubber band as a condom... Is it still safe? And what should I do?

You should buy your son some real condoms.

Congratulate for being a responsible young man. Buy him some condoms and educate him about sexually transmitted diseases. Remind him that young girls are out of bounds and he may get in trouble with other parents. Who he has sex with is part of being responsible.
