I don't actually believe this, it was just part of a debate I was in and I found it curious.

By that very logic- every claim made that’s ‘currently’ or impossible to disprove would be true.
For example- there are invisible aliens that live amongst us with the ability to phase shift, and thusly we can’t touch them. Thanks to their technology we have no way of knowing or detecting there actually there whatsoever. But, they had a couple renegades who told a few humans of their existence and who claim to ‘know the truth’ and must spread the word! –disprove please…
By that logic-
Every scientifically evasive ‘entity’ presented would be
true. aka every god (and then some) that has been presented before and after ‘God’ (aka Zeus, Amun-Ra, Xipe-Totec, Raijin, Jupiter, etc…) would be true.
The saying is (sorry I don’t remember who or the exact phrasing)- “I contend we are both Atheist. As soon as you understand why you dismiss all other gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours.”
