my company lets us invest in fidelity mutual funds i have it all in fgckx a large growth fund is that wise.

Are you large and growing?

Diversification is generally a good idea. Large growth (meaning large cap - global, I assume) is a pretty good bet right now, but I would never advise putting all of one's eggs in a single basket.
