hello, so my computer crashed and after a system restore, was not able to recover iTunes. The songs are still on my iPod but i want to download new songs and it only gives me the option to "erase and sync" or "transfer purchases." how can i transfer all songs on my iPod to a new itunes without losing any? also, i did not use iTunes only to download my music-i used limewire and listentoyoutube.com

I've done this in the past, and it works great. There are also third party aps you can download/purchase that can do it for you. Apple does NOT make it easy to do this, which is why they always are asking if you wish to back your library up. It's a good idea.
