Edit the translation if it doesn't sound native, JTT.

@oristarA,
I've never heard 'courtesy' used in this regard, Ori, but other than that it's fine.

In my original version of the translation, there was no "courtesy/." However, I remembered that countless articls in sciencedaily captioned their photo as "courtesy by," so I added it, which you now pointed out as a complete failure.

So "The user feitelie has uploaded this photo to Tiexue.Net. The copyright of the photo belongs to its original photographer" sound native and perfect, I wonder?

Can we use less words to convey the same meaning?

@oristarA,
It's usually 'courtesy of,' which is a polite way of saying that they have allowed them to use their picture or whatever.

@oristarA,
"The user feitelie has uploaded this photo to Tiexue.Net. The copyright [of the photo] belongs to its original photographer".

You could take out the portion in brackets, Ori.
