I was wondering if anyone knows the legalities of online gambling sites. I think it would be fun to try as a business, if it is legal. I live in New York. I know that Nevada has legal gambling, but I don't think it is legal in New York. But when you put up a website, does it matter where you are? Would you have to have an internet service provider in Nevada? Would you have to set up a P.O. box for your business in Nevada?
Just curious.
Government is doing everything they can to crack down on internet gambling. I'd leave the country before trying it.
HI KICKYCAN ONLINE GAMBLING AS A BUSINESS, IS BIG here in norway 7% of our small country has joined with one mlm company,and with the WTO ruling last week we will be coming to the usa at the end of 2004 or the start 2005,it is fun as you said and there is no silly products, just fun games and money.
