id appreciate if someone could help me find out this song, i heard it a few days ago at pub it sounds a bit like 2 live crew - shake a lil something (lyrics can be found here

its a guy whose singing about a dance he says stuff like "shake it to the right, a little to the left" i have no idea if its a fairly new song or an old song, any efforts would be appreciated

Doing a google search of one of the lines from the songs confirms that it is indeed 2 live crew. Song is called: Shake A Lil' Somethin and can be found on their Greatest Hits vol. 2 - which in turn can be bought from Amazon.com..
