@no name,
online in what capacity? Video chat, instant message, email, facebook, or all of the above? I believe the exact medium used is very important, i.e. a relationship with video chat sounds pretty reasonable but if only facebook is used I dont know if it is really very feasable.

@no name,
My Funny Valentine

My funny Valentine
Sweet comic Valentine
You make me smile with my heart
Your looks are laughable
Unphotographable
Yet you're my favourite work of art

Is your figure less than Greek
Is your mouth a little weak
When you open it to speak
Are you smart?

But don't change a hair for me
Not if you care for me
Stay little Valentine stay
Each day is Valentine's day

You can have a cyber relationship if it STARTED out in person and you have a history of spending time together.

But you can't start up and MAINTAIN a relationship over the net. It just does not work.

Cyber flirting is what you are doing. You can meet and flirt, but you have to get together very soon.

@no name,
Love has bloomed through correspondence for as long as people could pen letters - now we just do it on a computer. The problem is maintaining the interest without seeing each other. I think you need to actually spend some time in a person's presence to know if you really have the chemistry of love and if it can be built upon long term.
