from your point of April, theres really only a few basic stances that the four major bipedal dino groups can follow. That's why most all of them are given a "chickadee stance", a "chicken stance", "ratite stance" or a "road runner stance". I have no idea in hell how they come to the conclusions other thn certain key bones (that's a guess)
vertebrate paleo is lotsa fun and games but most vertebrates are of no utility other than defining the environment in general.
