I have finished my baffler and have the following:
Ethiopian sheep = ADAL
Allergy plant = RAGWEED
School glue = GLOY

Cellist - Paco ...I believe the clue to be a gremlin and have submitted a gremlin report to Lovatts. No reply yet due to the Public Holiday. I have a Paco Pena but he was a famous Flamenco Guitarist and not a cellist!

Lovatts have just contacted me and acknowledged that the clue is wrong and they have awarded me a "Fridge Magnet"/ LOL
So the answer is Paco Pena.
