Do I change a letter in "baker" or in "bread"?
If you remove the "k" in baker and substitute a "d"... you can rearrange the letters into the word "Bared" instead of "Baker."
And if you substitute the "b" in "bread" for a "t" you have "tread" instead of "bread."
So that's the game. Swap one letter, and rearrange if necessary to come up with a different word from the previous one; got it?
Bread --> Tread
