Buying some computer accessories from china to india

Hi,
I am looking for Buying computer accessories from China to India in small quantities. Please advice me that - Do I need any permission/import license or some legal documentation for this.

I will sell these items retail in India.

Please guide me for the same.

Hi,I have india friends which I am purchasing the goods from China for them,one friend was starting business with me,he did not import from China before at that time,maybe I can help you on this!
