I saw this video a few months ago on MTV or VH1. The background is pale. The male singer (tall, skinny white guy with brown curly hair) and a woman (she looks South Asian in decent, and she's wearing a dark hoodie) are walking towards eachother in slow motion. Then they start getting shot with bullets that trail colored smoke. The song basically entails the guy telling her that he's sorry for everything, he didn't mean to hurt her, etc...

Well unfortunately, I didn't manage to catch the lyrics, so describing is all I can do. And it's most definitely not Slaughter on Tenth Avenue.
