Is excersing good for Psoriasis?

I kind of doubt it's either good or bad considering psoriasis is a immunodeficiency disease of the skin.

Healthy diet maybe the better a better alternative to helping reduce the symptoms of this disease. Since it's most likely a genetic disease that probably for now is incurable.

It probably be better to try a more psoriasis-centric site like http://www.psoriasis.org/ for a more informed answer.

yea i know, when i went to my dr, she says its not that servre, so i thought excersing wouldnt hurt u know.

I've had it as a vague dermatalogic diagnosis that I don't trust, since I know a bit about serious psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, in passing, from a past career. It was either slightly that or exzema or dermatitis. I too doubt exercise is in any way directly related, but I've no idea of any data on that.

Exercise is generally a good idea, but should be wisely worked out as to starting into it and progressing.

Look up the Mayo Clinic site, regarding psoriasis, that may be helpful.
