I summed up the GDP of Muslim countries at $3.78 trillion for 2003 from an old Atlas. It must be close to $4 or $5 trillion by now. It would be part of G8. George Bushes have turned off the Muslim economy. They don't buy American cars and anything they can avoid.
@talk72000,
You know in the good ol' days if an empire wanted something it would go and take it. How rich would the west be if it still had that attitude ? How many Arabs will still be alive if the Romans were in charge of putting down any insurrections ? Yet the Arab world is still living in the past...a male dominated society full of frightened little dicks. Perhaps they should remember the power of the west before they get too uppity.
@Ionus,
The days of empires are over but fundamentalism is alive. Saudi Arabia may be behind a lot of the trouble as the Wikileaks indicate. They are the ones and Israel behind the idea of attacking Iran as they don't like Ayatollah Khomeni's fundamentalism but their own Wahhabism and Jewish Zionism.
