The pyramids and the Bible

It strikes me as extremely curious and almost incredible that the Bible makes no mention of the Great Pyramids and temples of Egypt. Why is that? These enormous structures were right in the backyards of those who wrote or contributed to the compilation of the Bible, both new and old testaments.

It would seem that the Great Pyramids of Giza and other colossal and mysterious structures would have provoked and tweaked the interest of those living in that region.

Maybe these structures were indeed built by space aliens, and writers of the Gospels and others scholars were forbidden to mention them by the centralized screening room which approved books and manuscripts for the Bible.

As is known, many writings were rejected and never incorporated into the Bible. Perhaps some of these manuscripts were rejected by the publisher because they spoke of the pyramids and other imposing structures in the Holy Land? Eh?

Thanks in advance for comments, etc.

Some "biblical scholars" (i.e., religiously convinced people who claim they know what the bible actually means, often as opposed to what it patently says) claim that the pyramids are mentioned again and again. Some even claim that they were engineered by someone other than an Egyptian, and that their purpose was to "point the way to Christ." However, such claims are based on interpretation.

In fact, recent archaeological investigation in Egypt shows that the pyramids were built by specialist populations who were provided for in an extraordinary manner. The old image of Hebrews enslaved to build the pyramids doesn't stand up to modern investigation.

The bible also doesn't mention the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, despite the fact that several of the books of the old testament take place in or involve Babylon. Are we to conclude then that the Hanging Gardens were also built by space aliens?

That's one theory.

The pyramids look like very big stiff bra cups.
Madonna wore very big stiff bra cups.
Madonna is a title given to Mary.
Mary is in the bible.

Coincidence?
