hello there, im just wondering about a popping text on my windows while im watching youtube saying that "all of your information was successfully collected" this was happen while im watching this video something in this title on" how to get a free internet on your mobile phone" and saying on his notes that I should copy his link and paste it on the url, to bypass the "video?" (im not sure about that) is there a risk on collecting all my information?

I think the collection could be classed as an annoyance. Links from unknown persons can be a risk to your computer.
