No other way to describe Obunga's stopping all US drilling in the gulf while handing PEMEX a billion dollars to drill there.

The guy clearly views us as overly rich and sees himself as a sort of an ACORN RobinHood. The basic idea is to take money and wealth from the pockets of Gungasnake, Farmerman, Cycloptichorn, POM et. al. and hand it over to Pancho Villa. I don't know of a reason to think the average Mexican will benefit from any of this.

@Pamela Rosa,
It does not matter if it is taxation or charity... So much of that money is taken from the poor and put in the hands of the rich... Our taxes in this country which began with those having the rights and the protection of government actually paying for those rights with taxes has ended with those having little right and protection paying the government to make more rich richer... Money given for defense, or to spread american power abroad is just more money for the rich, and it usually does more damage than good to the poor abroad... Give them justice and they can take their own, but give them food and medicine and they will outstrip the power of their environment to support both us and them...

Nobody needs giant sums of money to combat malaria. What they need is DDT.
