Impact and Scores

I checked my Credit Report and found two tax liens from 2004. Both items had been cleared, in 2004 but still remained on my file as never settled. I obtained official..certified.."True Court Documents" that stated ..(Lien 1) Was noted to cancel the Tax Lien and the second was to show it was paid ($1500.00)..Both were state...not federal. I have submitted this information to the 3 credit reporting agencies with a letter of explanation.
My score was 761 with these items on file. What impact do you think this will have and what action will the CR Agencies take.
I know I should have checked my file before now, but did not ever think about it.
