Any Social Security Employees Here?

I have been in my present apartment for eight and a half years. During that time the police have come here looking for a certain person at least three times. I also get mail from Social Security and the MVA a few times a year for this person. I send the mail back but they keep sending correspondence anyway! How can I get this nonsense stopped? I just received another letter from Social Security today for this person
