All too often questions are repeated (or reposted) because people don't search the Forums.Come on,lift your game.

Most people are 'newbies' PaddyH and wouldn't have a clue how this site works! It is far to complicated for the uninitiated Jespah and not friendly user at all in my humble opinion. I have seen people posting the same questions several times, only yesterday one poster posted the same questions three times, a good indication that she/he was totally confused.
