Bless you for that post, TTH. The female singing voice (and touching rock torch song) at its best.
American Idol "singers" take note.
Thanks Ragman
Journey, Heart & Cheap Trick are all playing in concert together so, I just had to buy tickets. Never got the chance to see Heart in concert.
80s
Interesting collection of groups to put in a concert. That might be good to see if they're even 75% of what they were in the 80s.
I truly regret never seeing Heart in the 80s.
I'm a California man.
My wife used to have a Cheap Trick concert-T in high school. Her Dad hated it.
Two of my favorite artists :
Mick looks handsome in this one - and I love him in his sad, vulnerable ballad mood...

Keith is just Keith- I love when they let him sing:

That's one of my favorites! They have this live acoustic album called 'STRIPPED' that I love and it has that on it - and Mick is kind of singing in his version of what he thinks a 'country boy' would sound like and at the end he says, 'For a minute I felt like a 'illbilly there-but just for a minute...' in his British accent - it's pretty funny.
It also has a great version of 'Let it Bleed' on it. And they do a good version of Dylan's 'Like a Rolling Stone'. It has Sweet Virginia, Angie, Wild Horses, Street Fighting Man....it's great..
Why do you have to be a closet Keith Richard fan - there's no one else like him in the world - and damned if he can't play the guitar too...
This song forced it's way into my head:

Bleeding Love
...and I'm glad it did.
Couldn't help but think "Come back my love" by the darts after listening to the previous song.
