Governments don't run the central banks? Private technically. The citizens have voting rights and can protest anytime - they are ultimately in control.

Good point. Also, Liberalism today has been compared to Fascism by political writers. And, National Socialism and Fascism are different in ideology but look almost the same in practice. So having Nazism mixed with international banking makes sense given the odor of political fraud these days.
