Abstract Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon his prophet Mohammad and peace be upon him and his family and companions, and yet? The Sunna of the prophet is a source legislation, which comes second after the Holy Quran. The Sunna of the prophet is by general consent with the Holy Quran in three aspects: 1. To be consent to it in all aspects and the inflow of the Holy Quran and the Sunna of the prophet on the same provision are similar in proof and consolidation. 2. To be a manifestation to what was revealed in the Holy Quran and an interpretation to it. 3. To be positive for the rule of the Quran is silent on the Iijah or taboo as silent on the prohibition, and out of these sections, it is generally opposed to the Quran, including what was on the Quran, plus legislation is beginning. The Sunna is generally necessary to understand the Holy Quran, and cannot be in indispensable in understanding and application. Reasoning by the Sunna of the prophet directly next to Holy Quran. In case we don?t find the rule (provision) in the Holy Quran, we search for it in the Sunna of the prophet. Due to the importance of the provision in excess of the Holy Quran which came in the Sunna of the prophet, and this research aims to prove them, and all this will be shown through my research.
