So if anyone has seen the movie The Kiterunner then they have probably heard this:
"There is only one sin, only one. And that is theft. Every other sin is a variation of theft... When you kill a man, you steal a life. You steal his wife's right to a husband, rob his children of a father. When you tell a lie, you steal someone's right to the truth. When you cheat, you steal the right to fairness. "
What do you all say? The character who said this was defending his drinking Alcohol. Is it immoral to drink alcohol? What about when it comes to drugs? What is the extent of morality?

I think the person stating that, or more correctly the screen writer made a started with a false premise that any of those are natural rights of people.

I have read the book and unfortunately only saw part of the movie. Baba, as he is referred to in the novel, is much wiser than the other Iranians. I think there is a lot of truth to what he has said.
If it does my brother no harm, then is it immoral? I say no. A person who knows right from wrong has no use for religious mandates.
