Most IT professionals and their families prefer the comfort and modern convenience of flats and apartments. This has spearheaded a change in the concept of living space within the traditional Kerala homemakers. The emergence of the growing apartment culture in Kerala, particularly in Kochi has been instrumental in the rapid rise and boom experienced by the builders and land development firms. Locale and national level builders of high repute have invested heavily in real estate Kochi.

With the coming of high repute builders offering international standards of community living there is a sudden surge in investment in Kochi by Malayalees and Indians from all over the world. More Kerala NRIs are opting to return to Kochi that has access to entertainments and other modern comforts they are accustomed to. Premium builders in addition to their realty business are involved concurrently in acting as a guide-cum-service provider to the residents of the project. They concern themselves with everything vital to domestic needs, to making the holidays here joyful & hassle free, arranging safe outings, health care, children’s education, travel, legal support, etc.
