How to enjoy misery, please give an example.

Just as you enjoy a hot chilly item of food, you can enjoy the misery also. Just as you enjoy the tragic scene in the cinema, you can enjoy the misery in a similar way.

Misery should not be enjoyed. It is your body and you mind telling you that whatever you have done to bring the feeling upon you, you should not do again. It is our natural moral system you might say. Depression, should not be enjoyed; you should not loath in depression or you will stay depressed. If you enjoy any type of misery you will never escape its clutcdes, or you will repeat the actiongs which brought it upon you.

If you enjoy something, then by definition, it is not misery.

Perhaps the title should be how to overcome misery or how to survive misery.
