@Morningstarr,
Ah! Maybe you can answer a question for me?

I was talking to someone the other day who wanted to know if Death Squads still operated in Brazil culling the homeless kids?

@Morningstarr,
It depends on what "Death Squads" you mean, there are government induced and civil induced, though very rarely are they abused by police officers without first breaking the law in some way(not that it justifies the abuse).

@Morningstarr,
So, it does go on but it is still highly illegal?

I think the question was brought up due to the lack of recent publicity about the Death Squads, here in the UK. Once the media stop globally reporting these actions the world soon forget about them it seems and assume the problem has solved itself.

@Morningstarr,
I assure you it has not been solved, you are not the only ones to forget them, we unfortunatelly have become comfortable with the situation, and for that reason it is no longer "news" when something like this happens. It did get better, the kids are rarely abused now, but they continue to live on the streets, and most people forget to care...

@Morningstarr,
Where l am the weather outside is frightful...let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...I always enjoy the Brit's humour!!!

I understand your public pools now require a special head to toe dress during specified times...next time l visit l think l will go all burkaed up and then whip off my sack and run around the pool in a neon flashing scarf screaming "al-la-la-la-la-la"....cheers!!!:beerchug:

@Morningstarr,
I would fully advocate a Victorian dress code in public swimming pools.

I don't want to see blokes walking about in their banana hammocks!
