I've read the PIG to Islam and the Crusades. I'll have to try that.

Just checked it out and I can get on my Kindle. I'll have it in a few hours, circumstances permitting.

Currently reading... well, listening to... it's an audiobook and I am at work, The Origin of Species.

Finished the book by JP2. Outstanding. Man....really, really good. Just read the intro to a history of Catholic martyrdom in the 20th Century. Pretty good. Check this out -- author quoted a scholar who calculated that Communism killed more Christians every day of its existence than the Spanish Inquisition ever did, total.

The Spanish Inquisition didn't kill Christians.

I have started a new 3rd book .... I am now reading The last days of Krypton (Prequel to superman coming to earth and th destruction of Krypton

Now re-reading He Leadeth Me, by Father Ciszek. Great stuff. Scooby's and FF's buddies in Lubianka Prison (the NKVD, of course), tormented him with their twisted, Marxist logic, which he earnestly tried to follow and defend the Church against, during endless interrogations for four long years. Finally, he said to heck with it and gave it all to God. He stopped caring about what they did to him. He would just sit there, hour after hour, knodding his head to his interrogator's insane questions and intricate schemes, totally unconcerned about any of it, even with the probability they'd kill him at any time. Finally, they gave up trying to recruit him as a double-agent against the Vatican, and sent him to a gulag in Siberia for 20 years. SCREW THE COMMUNIST PIGS. SOD OFF, HILLARY AND SLICKY BOY, MAN-WHORE CLINTON. SOD OFF!!!!

JUST bought The Fall of Rome and the End of Civilization, by Bryan Ward-Perkins. Looks good. It's deliberately, politically INCORRECT, and makes comparisons, big time, to current Third World invasion.
