what kind of problems should i expect with water heater be offlevel [bad] willit affect water pressure thanks terry

I do not see where it would be a problem as long as you do not have it almost laying on its side even then it may not have a problem. I would recommend that it be installed as level as possible but there is no need to use a level on it as it does not have to be perfect.
