Song title

That's not a lot to go on. What genre is the song (pop, hip hop, country, whatever?)? Is it one singer or a band? Really new, getting a lot of airplay, or is it an older song?

Well...I've been searching for the thing for a really long time and heard it many times before. So it's not old, rather new (several years old I guess), pop and this is a band (female voices on backvocal or chorus). It seems to me that's something wrong about the spelling. What I've just found surfing thru the Net is not too much. The most similar to the song what I found is:
