Ringtones? A ringtone, a ringtone, my kingdom for an original ringtone!!

I'm off to bed right now but before I go ... (been fiddling with my new cell phone)... what is the best and legal and virus free place to get ringtones outside of ones phone service? Does iTunes sell ringtones anymore? I looked around but it doesn't look like they have that option like they did a couple of years ago where most of the songs on sale at the iTunes Store could be purchased as ringtones (and were these just for the iPhone or any kind of phone?)

I'm looking for great alternative classical ringtones, movie score ringtones, or Japanese anime score based ringtones.
