@ossobuco,
How about "Flakey" will describe your fridge and you at the same time - bonus.

Have you thought about giving it some good refrigerator magnets yet?

@MontereyJack,
He or she or it, as the case may be, has four italian poster magnets that a friend gave me - Bitter Campari, with picture of an orange peel wrapped around a figure; Cioccolato "La Torinese" Bologna Padova Venezia, with a mother and baby shown; Echter Parmesan Kase Bertozzi brand Parma, with three guys with big noses smelling one hunk of cheese; Cirio, with a clown and some jars depicted. They're all a little weathered looking by now, or, let's say they have patina. All 1 1/2" x 2".

A 1 1/2" x 3" magnet card for Le French Corner Bakery in Albuquerque

clip magnets for holding up oven mitts and one to hold a rubber glove for opening stubborn jars. Who knows what happened to glove #2..

Figured out Seward, something about Alaska.. but it also just sounds funny.

@ossobuco,
Most of the words so far are way easier to say than 'refrigerator'...

@cross505,
That's one of my cousins' name. He'd look at me funny if I mentioned putting away the milk in the Wallace..

Now I'm liking "please put the milk back in Seward"..

I'm still loving have whatshisname. Nothing like well frozen ice cubes. I have new energy with the new fridge, making a bunch of burritos to freeze, and soaking a pound of small red beans..

@ossobuco,
Since you said he's on the small side, maybe Semi-Freddo is more appropriate?
