What are these currency bills and what are they worth?

I can't tell you about the foreign currency, but the U.S. bills you have described (i didn't see the images, but maybe later they'll pop in) are not particularly valuable. The misprinted and miscut bill would be a curiosity, but not worth much more than its face value, especially as it would be a Federal Reserve note. The silver certificates would only be worth money if they are uncirculated (i.e., no visible wear at all), and then not worth much more than face value.

Before posting a pic make sure it is viewable. By the way, right click on the invisible image and open in a new tab and you can see the bills.

The French banknotes of 2 Francs 1944 are worth between 5 USD and 25 USD, depending on their condition...
